He fell over on Sat and seemed to have fractured something...he'd had health problems for a long while including a heart condition, arthritis, dog dementia (yes, it actually exists!), bad teeth and just generally unwell. I almost wore jeans and a big fleecy orange jumper and sneakers to the office but decided to make an effort even though I felt sad...it has made me feel slightly "fabber" than I otherwise might have, even though my eyes have looked kinda red all day (I edited the pics so I don't look quite so awful!).</p> <p>I know it's ok to grieve and take some time to process things when sad things happen but I am glad I came to work today and wore some nice clothes. At least I can look pulled together on the outside, even when I feel a bit sad!</p> <p>xo </p>
