Because the store was new, we had all the latest, ( at the time) equipment. Our monogram machine was a huge computerized thing that required training to operate. LongChamp at the Seattle store and they said they monogram the bags (among others) often with over 100 diff. color threads to pick from. &nbsp;When I inquired about this on the Mich. Ave. store in Chicago (my closest store) they said they had never done this and would look into it. &nbsp;I stopped in yesterday to see if they knew anything yet since I was in town and the salesclerk said the dept. mgr. was checking with their tailoring dept. &nbsp;</p> <p>Have any of you had experience with Nordstroms monogramming items for you? &nbsp;It seemed odd to me that one store said all the time and another large store have never done it.</p>
