I've made about a half dozen orders, and the customer service has always been top-notch. The site offers sizing advice (runs big/small) and the returns, as I recall, are free, so I usually order multiple sizes (shipping is flat rate) and return what doesn't work for me. A lot of fabrics are synthetics, and a lot of hemlines are short, but all that info is made available up front.

Their customer service is very good IME. You can email and ask them questions about specific garments - associates will often contact you back quickly. Their returns aren't "free" (you have to pay shipping) but they are easy to deal with. I like them.

RE sizing/quality my experience is in line with Diana's.

I have only bought one dress from them so far but I love it. I find it helpful to read the reviews for the item I want. They generally include info on how it fit & often have the reviewers measurements for reference.

Some reviewers also include pics. They generally describe the fabric, how the colour compares to the pic and how it fits in certain areas. i.e. Is the bust tight or the waist too high.

I have a wishlist with a doz items on it & am just waiting for the shoping budget to line up.

If you would like me to, I will take a pic of my dress and post it for you.

I've ordered a few things but sent them all back. I had no problem with the ordering and returns. The quality is commensurate with the price, I think, so most of the lower priced stuff is not super high quality but I was not expecting it to be. The more expensive items tends to be better quality. They carry lots of different brands so it's not always consistent. Sizing tends to run small, and you should generally assume it is junior's sizing (so probably size at least one size up for everything). Again, since there's different brands it's not always consistent. I really appreciate that they list specific measurements for a lot of items. I found most of the dresses and skirts to be VERY short.
