And I'm far from being small, or without hips. I'm tall, 5'11'', with wide hips (and small chest) and I wear their size 42 (14).<br /> The problem might be that JC Penney carries only smaller sizes, aiming the collection at young buyers. Everything looks so great but then when I tried it on it looked terrible on me or I couldn't even close the zippers. Everything is cut VERY small, seemingly for Juniors, although the tags are clearly misses/euro sizes. </p> <p>I tried on these trouser jeans (<a href="http://tinyurl.com/63ljhek" rel="nofollow">http://tinyurl.com/63ljhek</a>) and couldn't even get them past my hips! I know I'm not some weird size (38-28-38, 130 lbs, 5'8") but I felt rather bovine in the dressing room.</p> <p>The fabrics and styling are superb.
