My pair are size 9s, which is my normal size. I have pretty normal feet, average arch, average length, maybe slightly wide through the wide part of the toes, and narrow heels. These boots are slightly big on my feet, although nothing that makes them slip around or swim on me. I'd say I have a little extra in the length. The only place they are not roomy is through the arch, so if you have very high arches I would not recommend them.</p> <p>About calf fit, it's really your call, but I do feel they'd gape badly on anyone with a less than 14ish inch calf circumference. There are many other fabulous boots in the sea with smaller calf circumferences, so I'd personally wait for the perfect calf fit. Most websites state a 15" calf circumference, and I have found that to be true for my pair. I have 14.5"calves, and mine are definitely not snug. It seems a few of you are Miz Mooz aficionados, so here's hoping you can help.</p> <p>I'm considering Miz Mooz Jazmine boots, but can't find enough reviews to guide me on size (the ones on Endless vary between true to size, and running big but not clear how much).</p> <p>How big exactly do they run? A fraction? Half a size? A whole size?</p> <p>It's very important to me to know, as my feet are a good half size different - too big on one foot and they'll be falling off the other. Too small on one and the other will be hobbled.</p> <p>For reference, in Danskos and Naots (which I find very true to size), I normally get a 39. My left foot is a fraction longer, but my right fits with wiggle room. I get the left stretched or endure a bit of break-in pain. A 40 is painless but feels like they're falling off my feet. My ideal size, when I can find it, is 39.5 - a great fit on my left foot, maybe a little wiggle room, and a little big on my right but nothing buckling &amp; insoles can't fix.</p> <p>Also, when I'm asking about size I mean length. My feet aren't narrow but they are bony. I have trouble filling shoes out around the instep and heel. Sometimes reviewers rate a shoe's bigness/smallness according to how the width fits them, which can be misleading on the length.</p> <p>39 usually translates to 8.5, but taking everything into account, what size Jazmine should I get? 8.5, 8, or smaller?</p> <p>Also, my calf circumference is 34-35 cm and I prefer my boots to fit as snug as possible.
