I have finally started working on writing a book: something my creative side has always wanted to do. I don't think I will go back to the practice of clinical medicine. I started practicing at age 22 and will turn 40 this year.I have given it 17 years and it has drained my emotional energy too much in the last few years with third parties ( insurance, contracted agencies) trying to direct patient care and deny&nbsp;essential care to them. So...move on forwards.</p> <p>As my therapist...says I need to rekindle a spark.</p> <p>And fashion and YLF have been therapeutic to me in the past.</p> <p>My lifestyle is very different: Mom on the go/ trying to write a book in coffee and book shops. A lot of blue jeans are getting wear which I had longed to wear more of but my formal jackets have gotten no use. I also gave in and bought lounge clothes.... so I am going to need more&nbsp; of a push through YLF...to find 'me' a comfortable fabulous style groove.</p> <p>It can happen. For now...carpe diem.
