Cool, greyed out brown, or brownish grey. Sometimes taupe has a hint of purple/ mauve in it, even.&nbsp;</p> <p>Some ideas for pairing: It works well with almost all denim blues, ink, navy. Looks good with hot pink, fuchsia, many plums. FAB with black and often good with charcoal. And for some reason I was really attracted to this cool taupe shade. It's more of a grey than pink or yellow tone. It's certainly not my best color, but is it in wearable range? Those of you who rock taupe (or maybe this os toffee?) should try it out. </p> <p>Be honest please! </p>
