I think because it's Amazon, I felt more confident, as I've been happy with their service on their main site as well. I haven't ordered clothes from Amazon before (for myself), but I have ordered shoes/boots and all kinds of other stuff (even a flat screen TV!). </p> <p>Funny, I've been looking at MyHabit for months and months. I've ordered and returned multiple things from them and it was very fast and easy every time. I also like that if you click the wait list button if something is sold out, they'll send you an email if the item comes back into stock (like, when someone returns it, even days after the original sale has closed!)... so, not all hope is lost if something is sold out!</p> <p>I'm generally a huge fan of Amazon so it's not surprising at all that Myhabit is great. I prefer it to other sample sale sites because of the free shipping and returns, plus they ship quickly unlike some other sites. I ordered in the afternoon on May 22nd (Tuesday) and the parcel arrived today (Thursday) just after noon. Tried dress on, didn't like the shape on me, and went to the site to indicate I wanted to return the item. Piece of cake! I was able to print off a pre-paid return label and from there, I could locate a UPS drop-off location (there's one within a few blocks of me). Super easy. Very fast processing of my order, lightning fast shipping and a simple return process. I'll definitely order from them again, given that level of service. </p>
