It was great fun meeting Jenni and learning about her family, career, and love of fashion, We walked along the harbor, saw the revitalization of the downtown area with upscale brand stores, New Zealand designer shops, and a great variety of restaurants. I tried a Hokey Pokey ice cream (vanilla with crunchy honey comb) which was really delirious!<br /> Thank you Jenni for taking the time to meet me and show me around! She is staying in a hotel in our downtown area for 3 nights and flying south tomorrow. So I caught buses this morning (only a half hour trip) to meet her and we wandered around the city for nearly 4 hours! Not much actual shopping just looking at mainly the outside of some stores, our big shopping centre called Commercial Bay and also stopping for a gelato icecream and then in a food court more for looking at photos and our obligatory shoe/bag shot. We had lots of fun together, even though we had never met. I said I would wear orange to be easy to recognise!<br /> Pics 1/2 in hotel foyer, pic 3 our bags and my tote at the food court.<br /> I have now met 2 Fabbers from the US and Sal from NZ. </p>
