I am now forty and am dressing much younger than I did at twenty, ha ha! I think we have to get it out of our system since we didn't do it the first time around. But thirty is certainly not too old to be wearing youthful styles, and there are lots of ways to style things so that they don't look like you're trying to be a teenager.
