I thought I'd share something I've been doing lately. I usually like to rotate my handbags only once in a while -- so the color of the current handbag has to work with the variety of other things I'm going to wear. I have about 3 mini capsules of handbag, shoes and accessories and I'm enjoying this as an easier way to put my outfits together.</p> <p>The first mini-capsule is Cognac - I don't really love orange on me but cognac works as a supporting color and allows me to brighten things up from the usual navy, gray, ivory fall backs. I also feel like gold jewelry works with cognac so sometimes I will add something gold to the mix.</p> <p>I've added my Cognac mini-capsule Finds below - most of these are the actual items but the booties and bracelet are stand ins, similar to the ones I really own. I find that having at least two of the cognac items in any one outfit makes it work to my eye, but sometimes I like to add a third such as the belt or bracelet. </p>
