I hope Milo is alright and just got lost and found another loving home.Pets do grow into our life to the extent which is hard to imagine if you don't have one. They become family and as dear to us as people. I think it is a good advice to get another kitty, especially if you take one from shelter and give him or her a loving home: it can ease the sadness of your loss. You can keep the kitty indoors and not let him out to keep him safe.Hugs!!! Pil, yes , we are thinking  a lot....but we are afraid that will happen again.... It's all a fear for their lives, too. We do have familly members who are ill and need our care and compasion more then ever. So perhaps not quite right, to feel like end of world, I know... <div><div>Remember our kitty, DD rescued him from mud finding him in our front street garden before Xmass, last year? We think he was only a few weeks old back then. It was a long winter, so we let him stay in the house. Then, comming spring we let him out in the backyard. Started with a few hours, then all day-but still sleeping indoors-and all was good...but one day,  a weeks ago he left us, for some new adventures, or who knows....and never came back since... It actually took me all this time to be able to write this post.  I did Ornell@'s PPC posts to distract myself from my pain, each day  hopping he will come home one day. But It's time to face, this is not the case anymore.  My heart is sinking... <div>It was such a playfull kitty and we had such a big joy looking  at him getting bigger and bigger,  playing with his toys, and  our beagle..And, just wondering, are the cats always smiling? I expected him to stay with us forever...
