A HEWI&nbsp;for sure. I wear EF bottoms in medium, large, or extra large depending on the cut; these are a large and a perfect<br /> length for high-shaft booties on my 5’8” frame.&nbsp;Definitely not as versatile as the Halogen kick flares, much more&nbsp;dramatic. My SA agreed that there was no&nbsp;contest between the two on me. Equally interesting with cropped tops and&nbsp;ultra-long tunics and toppers.</p> <p><b>Cole Haan skimmers in pewter:</b> oddly enough, my regular size&nbsp;is fine despite the gorgeous extreme toe. Great color! &nbsp;Definitely not for commuting, but comfortable considering. However, there's a lot of creasing happening across the toes, and I've barely had them on for five minutes: hmmm.</p> <p><b>Jen7 straight leg pants in bordeaux</b> (pending delivery). Jen7, where have you been all my life? My SA directed me to their <b>vapor grey skinny&nbsp;jean</b>, and though I swear I’m OVER skinny jeans, the fit was so good and the&nbsp;color so in line with my intended style shift, they came home with me. Size 14, sufficiently long, and minimal&nbsp;calf-sucking.</p> <p><b>Kut Dianas in olive</b> (pending delivery). Olive jeans fill another wardrobe hole. But skinny?&nbsp;Comments from Angie and the forum make me skeptical about fit, but some&nbsp;missy-sized Kuts are good on me: we’ll<br /> see.</p> <p>I’m on a mission to add more colorful neutrals and patterns&nbsp;to my style, so I added the <b>burgundy Halogen blouse</b> (runs big, but I took my<br /> usual size for the sake of extra volume; lovely, heavy crepe) and the<br /> transitional <b>tweed Sejor sleeveless tunic</b> (ditto on size; not loving the feel&nbsp;so it may go back) as well as two <b>scarves</b> and a slightly gaudy new&nbsp;cross body<b>&nbsp;bag</b>. </p> <p>In short: no desired wildcard, but totally satisfactory wardrobe<br /> essentials and a happy-making wardrobe pet.</p> </p>
