I think I would love #3 with some tights. I wear skirts that are sorta-midis (end right near the bottom of my knees) with booties and bare legs or tights a lot (see pics). I have one longer pencil that I wear with mid-calf booties, but I always wear tights (last pic). Originally, I thought #1 and #4 would be the winners....I just threw on the black and dark brown ones (2, 3) on a whim...but now that I take a good look at the photos and listen to everyone's opinions (and Angie's) I can see how they might work. I am going to experiment with some patterned tights/hose.</p> <p>I haven't been feeling the love for the cognac Trotters. I was disappointed as soon as they came out of the box. They look ok in the photo, but IRL they just aren't that special. I think they're going back (sorry Inge!). I've got enough options with the others. Again, let me emphasize that I think you have the legs to pull it off.
