I love me a&nbsp; denim skirt and have had midcalf lengths in the past (2-2,5 decades ago) but they were thick and stiff, so never quite loved them so I now hesitate to buy again for this reason. You are the styling queen!! I <b>love</b> this skirt on you! As <b>MsMary</b> says, you take the trend and make it personal, marrying it to classic items and amp up the wow factor about tenfold. This is a great lesson on how to mix a trend with the classics and improve both!&nbsp;</p> <p>I like every version. I think perhaps with the sneakers, you don't like it as much because the vamps are higher and you see the laces -- you prefer a cleaner line with your footwear. And a lower vamp elongates the legline. So that might be the issue there. I understand this because I have the same trouble with some sneakers. I will only wear certain ones (with a lower profile) with skirts/ dresses. Others I save for pants.&nbsp;</p> <p>I know you were just playing around with 3, but I actually think you make it work exceptionally well. And I adore all the others.
