Thank you for the recommendation on these jeans. I just received them, and they feel wonderful.&nbsp;<br /> Do they stretch out much? They're super comfortable and roomy out of the gate. I could see wearing these on a flight....almost unheard of for me with jeans.<br /> I think i'm going to have to hem them, but one of the reviews said they shrunk in length after drying.</p> <p>I think they were totally mis-catagorized as boyfriend jeans. Finally settled on BR mid rise boyfriend jeans in a darkish wash . They work well cuffed or left longer . I must have ordered and returned about 5 pair before I stopped with these . I wore them three days out of 7 on my trip to Colorado last week (my non-hiking days), and enjoyed them. </p> <p>In my regular size they are pleasantly roomy. The have an actual MID RISE — I haven’t measured, but I think their claim of 9.5” may be accurate. They do have some stretch, but not enough to be obnoxious — they do loosen with wear. I wanted them with ease throughout the seat and the leg, so I was pleased with the fit — I could have gone down a size for a more fitted look, but I already have enough of that. </p> <p>They are billed as boyfriend jeans but I find them a bit more like a slightly wider straight leg. Perfect for what I wanted. I’d say if you are interested in them to fit like a traditional jean, size down. For a more boyfriend fit, stick with your usual size. They are just long enough for me to wear with flats and sneakers, or a very small heel. </p> <p>The wash has some variation so they do have a casual appearance, but that was fine with me. Probably not for someone who wants a uniform wash. </p> <p>For $60 I think they’re quite a good deal. </p>
