While my hips are more like Nicole's and I usually have different fit issues, I thought I'd mention it - since it doesn't sound like you can return them. This seems to be a pretty common problem with these pants. Gap pants definitely don't seem to be cut for a curvier figure, at least in my experience (unless you specifically get a curvy fit). </p> <p>Have you tried Esprit?
