It's very normal. As Kari said, if there wasn't any bagging in the ankle, you wouldn't be able to walk. But I understand that how something feels is probably more important to you than it is for the rest of us, so if it's really nagging at you, go ahead and ask a cobbler. </p> <p>I just got my slouch boots back from being stretched (the foot not the calf), and I noticed that they slouch a bit more at the ankle then everywhere else. I'm not 100% delighted with my choice, because I feel like the ankles are too baggy. In the end I figured ankle-bagging was less unsightly than calf-gapping.
