It is the first thing they give you and I have had no side effects. The PA at my weight loss clinic thinks I might have the latter, and we redid my fasting blood sugar, which did come out pretty high but not 'holy cow you have diabetes'. Am going to talk to my PCP about it but just curious if anyone else is/has been on it. </p>
