When they&nbsp;start getting really&nbsp;high, I think the angle of the foot is not as elegant sometimes as a more ordinary 4" heel done in a beautiful style. </p> <p>If you look at photos of "stars and starlets" wearing extremely high heels, the front of the foot is presented almost like a hoofed creature, to me, without really gaining much if anything in legline at that point. That also depends on the shape of the rest of the shoe and the positioning of the heel.
