He is a professional singer in a male group, and they all wear suits or sport coats &#38; ties, but with a funky edge and interesting shoes or boots with pointy toes, etc. (They shop a lot in Chicago.) (I have no acting ability what so ever, but my daughter loves to perform).</p> <p>Do they HAVE to be shoes? Would a converse sneaker have the same effect? It would be very easy to find them in bright green. Or he could get white and paint them.</p> <p>My other idea would be to go to Sal's (Salvation Army) or any other thrift store, and buy a pair a white shoes and spray paint them green. I've seen quite a few in my state's capital and other large cities that sell vintage shoes in great condition. From what I saw in these, there were more unique colors and styles of shoes. A guy friend asked me to find him a pair of dress shoes or boots online. (He's not big on computers.) Here's the catch - he needs them in a saturated green, such as crayon or kelly green, size 10. (Before your eyes pop out, they're for stage wear.)</p> <p>I've looked at all the main shoe places online (zappos, endless, 6pm etc) and done google searches, and here's what I've come up with so far. A few pairs come really close, but they only have size 10 in the first two.
