I've spent the last couple of years learning how to take care of it. It is completely different from dealing with straight hair. But now I understand why my straight hair didn't look all that good and didn't lie right--it was actually wavy, lol.</p> <p>I like how you have kept your new color after Ellie's passing. For me, it's both, I always wanted curly hair, but finally learned to love my straight hair. But I do spend a lot of time and money changing the color. I just took a walk down memory lane of all of my past hair styles. Wow. Were definitely some "what was I thinking?!" moments... But mostly it brought back all of the great memories, especially of my Ellie. And as I've mentioned before, her death was the beginning of my permanent white phase. I hope you guys enjoy seeing the old me, since you've mostly just seen SarahTheWhite. It was a fun exercise for me! Sorry for so many photos... But there were LOTS of styles over the years. This isn't all of them. I went through a particularly awful yellow hair stage that I can't find photos of, as well as a dark auburn. That was very short lived! </p>
