When I was a size 5x, dressing was challenging because of the lack of choices. I had a similar office uniform -- except there were fewer pretty options 20 years ago. I love her palette and her fearlessness in trying different looks. I think she also knows what looks good on her. Melissa McCarthy's character has a sort of uniform for the office that I find really interesting. It's a blouson sleeve blouse, wide tie, and high waisted wide leg pants. She does a lot of pattern mixing and themed prints. It would be a bit much for a literal inspiration, but it does make me want blouson sleeve blouses.<br /> I've also been watching Melissa McCarthy's home renovation show with her cousin Jenna- The Great Give Back. She has a quirky sense of syle that I am really enjoying.<br /> Anyone else getting inspiration from her? </p>
