If you are concerned about it being too cold (it's sooo cold here right now that I can't imagine wearing something sleeveless) you might want to add a cardi. It will be a fairly smart restaurant and probably a few drinks after in a bar somewhere. I'm not having a good week in the looke department so already worrying about what to wear.
