They would not stay on my feet. I tried wearing little sockletts and adding different pads but nothing worked so I gave them to my GD. My toes spreads more in heels because of the angle putting more pressure at the front. That's why I can't wear anything more than 1.75".</p> <p>Anyway, I have the Swanns in a 6.5 and a 6. The 6.5 will not stay on my foot, so I got the same pair a half size down. Did the trick. I just wore them today. Not *quite* wide enough for wide widths, but a bit too wide for medium widths. With ballet flats like this, I have been finding that going up 1/2 size helps immensely! I think your foot spreads out more in a flat than in a heel.
