Have you tried ShoeMall? They are also a vendor, or somehow affiliated, of Amazon's but they are also super easy to deal with. I've only made one purchase there and have been thrilled. Free shipping - both ways! Same exchange/refund policy as Zappos. AND they had what I needed in stock when Zappos did not (Merrell jungle crocs for my son who is going back to school). You have to find your shoe first (I think) and then this option appears beneath the name of the shoe. </p> <p>Not sure this helps you since it happens after you've already searched and I think the search function was what was annoying you, but thought I'd pass it along anyway. </p>
