I want to try these out:

http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/30.....8&P=1

But I'm not sure where to buy them. Nordstrom isn't convenient for me to get to just for socks...

Maya - thanks for the info. I wear them with dresses with little nylon booties. Not as thick as socks but a lot better than barefoot.

Sihaya, my toes hurt due to socklessness, so that was easily resolved by adding socks. I still haven't quite figured out how to wear them with skirts though. I bought some ankle socks the other day but they come up too high. If anyone has any ideas on that, please share...

These are the insoles I have:

http://www.drscholls.com/drsch.....archArg=62

They won't help with toes because they are only 3/4 insoles, but I like that because other insoles take up too much space and leave my toes feeling squashed. The biggest problem for me with these shoes was ball-of-foot pain. The regular drugstore insoles weren't quite fluffy enough for me but these were much better. As I said, I did some serious power walking in them and felt just fine.

hi Maya - I'm wearing my BC booties with jeans and socks today and still feeling a bit sore in the toes. I'm curious when you said your inserts solved your problem with them - which part of the foot were you having problems with? Also, what is the exact name/make/model of the inserts that you bought? I might give them a try too. Thanks so much.
