Each piece of jewlery has a story and a connection to loved ones.<br /> Picture #1: a bracelet my dad brought back from a trip to tour educational institutions in the Soviet Union way back in 1964, sea glass bracelet from my daughter and son-in-law, pinkie ring that was my paternal grandmother’s, crucifix ring from my maternal grandmother and a sea glass ring I borrowed from my daughter.<br /> Picture #2: same pinkie ring and a Maine tourmaline ring I had made to include the center tourmaline which was given to me on a pendant from my mom, on my 40th birthday, Maine tourmaline bracelet given to me by my husband for my 50th birthday, my storyteller bracelet found on an antiquing trip with my sister and a DY style inspired hinged bracelet from my sister.<br /> Multiple rings and bracelets make me happy. My hands are one of my teaching tools, so I get to see my memories frequently throughout the day. Little flashes of love all day long. </p> <p>Over the top? Too much? Distracting? I hope not, but do welcome your comments and observations. I have learned so much from the fabbers here, who help me see myself through different lenses. Thank you for looking. </p>
