Don't know why the dresses don't trip my trigger. On this one, I like the colors, and I don't mind the flounce; I actually like the flounce more than dislike it. When I wear a casual maxi, I am going for comfort and keeping cool&nbsp;which means I need to not use specialty underwear and extra layers for opacity. Depending on how/where you want to wear this dress I would seriously consider those factors.
