I don' t know if this is a quality problem, or if the one that I got just happened to be defective. Has anyone else had this problem?</p> <p>On the plus side, Zappos customer service was very nice about arranging an exchange. I'm going to at least try another one of these bags and see if it does better. And the price went down since my original order, so I'm getting a refund! </p>
