It's going to be fine. I'm sure if it. I suspect it's free UPS shipping like Zara (same company).

Thank you, elpgal! That helps a lot. All I needed was confirmation of regular mail service I could use locally one way or another!

I’v mailed returns to MD with their free returns label with no problem. I don’t recall whether it was UPS or USPS...

Angie: Thank you so much for the reply!

Neither: I don't have a return label. I have not purchased yet, but I am considering. I want to make sure I can return via a local shipping method if I buy--otherwise, no go. If the option is any USPS or UPS front, I'll be fine. Is that how MD works?

What does the return label say - USPS or UPS?

Does anyone have experience with returning in the U.S. Massimo Dutti online orders?

The website returns policy says the order must be returned to a pre-designated drop off or collection point (or something like that). I tried a “contact us” email, but the form requires a phone number, which I don`t give out readily.

Thanks for your help; Best wishes to everyone celebrating religious and national holidays this weekend!
