Sorry, I've been silent. Thank you Mo, for PMing me and pointing it out to me! I promise that I'm going to post longer about my closet organization experience this weekend, along with some pics. But just want you all to know, that I took a BUNCH of clothes with me to the YLF weekend - they were Keep/Donate/Swap items - probably 30 or more items - and as I tried each one on the YLF fashion experts all discussed, gave suggestions, voted, etc. on what I shoudl do with each item. Some of them ended up going to other women in the room. Some of them on the floor in the corner - they were the Donate/Consign pile - and some of them went on hangars and are back in my closet. Well, technically not back in my closet - but they are going to go back in there as soon as I get the rest of it cleaned out! I've got mega amounts of shoes and boots in there that are sprawled all over the floor and the lower shelves and I want to go through them before I start putting things back in. So . . . right now, I'm still in a real mess - BUT I feel hopeful - and that's a new feeling for me! Stay tuned for my weekend posts!!!! (Oh, and thanks for asking - because that not only keeps me motivated to keep working on my closet, but it holds me accountable.) Unfortunately, I'm one of those people who can live with my clothes piled all over everything - and still manage to walk out of the house each day looking fairly presentable. I'm curious to know if getting things moved around and lined up and categorized is helping you see new combos you hadn't done before?
