&#060;p&#062;Marks &#038;amp; Spencer is a very reputable company. I'd give them some time to sort things out. Guaranteed, their IT department is extremely stressed about it, and working around the clock to fix things.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Apparently there was a cyber attack earlier in the year, and the company closed online orders for 6 weeks! Online ordering is only partially restored at this point. Online ordering has been restored throughout the UK, but not internationally yet.&#038;nbsp;

&#060;div&#062;&#060;br /&#062;&#060;/div&#062;&#060;div&#062;I do know some cyber attacks can take a while to patch up. Depends on several factors: if there is a ransom (yep, for real), forensic team and investigation time, and other factors. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/div&#062;&#060;div&#062;&#060;br /&#062;&#060;/div&#062;&#060;div&#062;My husband works IT in a non retail sector. They had a cyber attack earlier this year. It took a week or more to fix. A cyber forensic company had to be hired and sort through everything first, while IT addressed various facets during and after the forensic investigation. Had it been a cyber attack on say, a bank or power station, the turnaround would likely be much quicker. I'm not sure that level or response or quickness always is true for other types of business.&#060;/div&#062;&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;So a few days ago, I posted that I wanted to buy a blue shirt from&#038;nbsp; Marks and Spencer, US. I went ahead and put it in my basket, and over the next couple of days, put a couple more things in there. Then, three days ago, I went to check out, and I got a message that they had experienced a cyber-attack, and so would be postponing online purchases until further notice.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have checked every day, and it is still like that. I cannot take things out of my bag and start over....and I also tried to do the process over on my phone, and got the same message.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I suppose the reason I'm unsure is because there were a few hours a couple days ago when things were open again.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am surprised it is taking this long to fix. Has anyone else experienced this?&#038;nbsp;
