She told me it would be a while before she got back to me, and that she does not accept phone calls, but I don't anticipate that I will be offered the job and I don't really care either way.</p> <p>I won't hear about Anthro for a couple of weeks.</p> <p>Marianna, there was a lot of variety. I feel that some came overdressed, or dressed nicely but inappropriately, as if they were going to an Ann Taylor interview. One of the girls I interviewed with was wearing leggings as pants! Awful. The other two were wearing cute skirts with ballet flats but I still felt they looked pretty casual. One of them wore a plain ribbed tank with her skirt, but she is probably safe since she already worked there before. </p> <p>I'd say if you have something dressier from the store, build your outfit around that. Err on the side of dressy, but not formal or stuffy. Even if you don't have anything from there that would be appropriate, you still have to show that you know their brand. I haven't heard back from one interview, but I don't really care at this point. I didn't get a great vibe from the place anyway. The interviewer said she would get back to me by the end of the week, and she didn't, so that's pretty unprofessional in my opinion. Not a big loss for me.</p> <p>I have another internship interview on Monday, for an internship that I'm actually excited about (a PR internship at a luxury jewelry company!) I still haven't found a suit but am planning on going shopping tomorrow to hopefully find something appropriate.</p> <p>On Monday I am also going to an open Antropologie interview. They're opening a brand new store so it seems like they'll be doing a lot of hiring. Might be a fun temporary gig.</p> <p>I've been back to work at the tv show and I just learned that the woman I work for (the production clerk) is moving out of the country at the end of the season and said she would recommend me for the position. I also heard her say in passing that "Marianna is going to take over for me." The clerk deals with all the legal paperwork for the show. It's not exactly what I want to do, but if I am offered this full-time position I'll probably take it. It probably pays well too. The season ends in December so I'm guessing the clerk will have to put in her resignation sort of soon.</p> <p>Other than that I have kept on searching job websites, sending my resumes out, and I have been trying to keep busy. Staying physically active has been on my mind a lot too and I am considering getting my butt off the couch and going for a run (crawl) this morning.
