You took up your own challenge and look how well you did!  I'm super envious, actually. Athlete is a GAP offshoot that is not available in Canada and it drives me nuts. I absolutely LOVE those tanks -- for warm weather loungewear they would be perfect in my own closet. Lucky you!  As Beth Ann says, when it comes to pants, sometimes the very best thing you can do is try a lot at once. Anonymous on "Marathon Trying On Session for Casual Capsule" https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/marathon-trying-on-session-for-casual-capsule#post-1560132 Sat, 19 Sep 2015 19:45:42 +0000 Anonymous 1560132@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ I was so inspired yesterday/today by the great Forum suggestions that I immediately acted.  I spent 3 hours at the mall.  I think I tried on every single pair of pants offered at Banana Republic, Gap, JJill, and Athleta.   Following is an assortment of some of the pants I tried on.  I came home with four different pair.  Although I tried on a lot of different pairs, I only purchased from Athleta.  This could have been because I was getting tired and hungry by the time I hit Athleta.  But I also liked the "feel" of their fabrics against my skin the most.  I was also enamored with the "jogger" styling.  It matched what I had in mind.  So my casual capsule is going to be based on a "jogger" style in the softest fabrications I can find.   I bought two tops too because the fabric felt heavenly.  The tops wouldn't be everyone's style, but I really liked them.  I think they will be perfect for what I have in mind.   A lot of grey.  That also felt right.
