Airin, that's great to hear about the fit - I'm a pretty pear, too. I'll be sure to try out their pants next time.

I adore MNG! Sometimes, they look better than Zara (their main Spanish competition). You can get a lot of MNG stuff on Amazon too, actually. Can you believe it!

Lena, I have the same experience with stuff at MNG generally fitting me very well. Good long sleeve length for our gorilla arms. I'm excited for you to try their goodies

That's great to hear! Our JCP is getting a total makeover and bringing a Sephora to its middle floor. I think I'm actually getting excited to see what they do... L

Ooh, looks fun! Too bad the few things I clicked on didn't come in my size, I guess I could try in the store. I like the style of it!

I love MANGO. Their jeans/pants fit me like a glove. I don't have so much luck with tops though. I always had the feeling that MANGO caters for pear-shaped women. Bottoms tend to be quite roomy and they are curved, so no gaping at the waistline. Tops are usually smaller and sometimes bulkier, high neck lines, and low cut dresses just leave no space for boobs! So go and enjoy, pretty pears!

Thanks for the review, Lena. I haven't made it to JCP to check them out yet but it is definitely on my radar! Good to know it's worth the look.

I dropped by the mall yesterday and I took a different route than I usually do, so I strolled through JCPenney. And lo and behold, I stopped at the Mango section (imagine screeching tires!). Wow, this was my first experience with Mango and I was pretty impressed.

I tried on some blouses, and they actually fit me like a glove (small bust with average shoulders and long arms), which was a very nice surprise (and in great contrast with BR shirts, which disappointed me yet again). I didn't see any interesting pants except these microchecks http://www5.jcpenney.com/jcp/X.....atId=70656|80999
(unfortunately they seem to hit at that unflattering cropped length). I finally saw the elusive Euro microcheck!

Mostly neutrals, nautical themes, 70s patterns, stripes, sadly not much color except one blouse in mustard and some pretty reds, exotic themed bold jewelery, cute scarves and bags. Overall a good mix of very casual and smarter clothes, knits and wovens. Everything was 20% off, and I also saw a coupon at the checkout. If I have time soon, I may go back there.

When I got home I checked out their website and I'm even more intrigued about this brand. I'm definitely going to be on the lookout for more from Mango. I miss Euro styling.

ETA: and for those looking for natural fibers - lots of reasonably priced cotton wovens. For example I spotted a cotton pique shirt dress (in navy and tomato red).
