				<description>&#060;p&#062;Well, I don't know about you, but I wear my belted coats open quite a bit.  I don't like tieing the belt in back because the knot digs into my back when I'm seated.  Tucking the ends into the pockets (where I like to stuff my hands) tends to dislodge the ties and they end up slithering through the belt loops and trailing behind me like a tail. Until now!  A photo of trench belt hacks was sent to my Pinterest feed.  I've lost the site and feel bad I can't give credit where credit is due (haven't been able to find it again)  but after tieing my belt this way 3 days ago, it hasn't slipped and the 'knots' lie flat and don't crinkle the belt.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This might help someone - or you might already know this.
