I think because they have a bit of edge and more presence with that snip toe and substantial strap…they speak to me. </p> <p>I think I’m going to order them to try. They may work for summer days that are not quite as hot and humid as most, and they’d go deep into our fall weather. I tend to go straight from sandals to boots, but sometimes it’s nice to wear actual shoes that aren’t sneakers. </p> <p>Have you surprised yourself recently by liking something you thought didn’t appeal to you? </p>
