Marley in particular asked for details about my skin care and makeup routine.</p> <p>Marley - you are gonna laugh when you see/read what I do and use. It's easy and very inexpensive. Now that I'm in my 50's and newly post menopausal (whoo hoo) I've had some changes in my skin which necessitated a few changes in makeup products as well. My skin is a bit dryer for one thing. I now use much less than I used to and prefer a fairly natural look. </p> <p>The pic below shows all that I use. In the morning I simply rinse my face with warm water (no cleanser) and then put on Olay Moisture Plus Mature Therapy (moisturizer, vitamins and minerals for mature skin). Once that's soaked in, I add Provici sheer mineral tint. Provici is a local cosmetics company that makes its own products. </p> <p>I've gone back and forth between the sheer tint and Urban Decay Naked Skin foundation. I like both and originally switched to Urban Decay because I felt the sheer tint wasn't enough coverage and my face looked too "dewy". But I think I'm actually preferring the tint because it's more natural. It's the sheer tint I was wearing today.</p> <p>I use Provici cream blush in a pink color. I like the cream because it keeps the dewy look with the sheer tint. No powders to fall into any creases you know? A little dark brown eyebrow powder to fill in the wee gaps, and a swipe of Provici lipgloss in a pink color very similar to the blush finishes off the look. I sometimes wear mascara but often don't as my eyes are very sensitive to it, especially when my allergies are acting up. And never any eyeliner or eye shadow. </p> <p>For nighttime cleansing I use Olay Regenerist detoxifying pore scrub, rinse and then put on the Olay Moisturizer Plus and head to bed.</p> <p>That's it. Nothing fancy. I do have a few ago spots and some wrinkles but that's ok. I've earned them </p>
