I think guys -say- they don't notice, but they do. The days that I don't wear makeup, everyone things I'm ghastly ill.

It only takes me about 5 minutes in the morning for makeup - I do a primer/highligher after moisturizing, and do a foundation. I don't do my eyes because I have pretty long lashes anyway. In the winter, I usually do a lipstick and a touch of blush! Ta-da!

I use HD Makeup Forever foundation - and it comes in a nice set with all the stuff I need; I didn't buy it in the set because it wasn't available when I bought the foundation, so I don't use a finishing powder - http://www.sephora.com/hd-comp.....Id=1379692

I find that having a good primer really helps keep everything from "melting off your face" by noon. I can put in a 32 hour day and at the end still look relatively fresh. I use the blush by the same company too.

I have both half used and I bought them on July 1st - so it is a bit more pricey than drugstore, but it looks also a ton better, and easier to slop on my face, and doesn't make me break out :3

Try highlighter and the MAC liner that comes in a little pot - you apply win an angled brush and really doesn't smudge at all.

I have real dry skin. I love eye pencil but it always bleeds out and gives me dark circles. When I use water proof ones I end up getting sty. Maybe I sm yet to stumble on the right one

Is your skin oily, or dry?

My skin is on the oily side, and my tinted moisturiser was giving me raccoon eyes. But I really, really liked it, other than that. I found some very sheer powder that I mainly use under my eyes, and that solved the problem.

A tiny bit of eye pencil under your lower lashes would probably look really nice, but not attract unwanted attention or comments from the men at work/

Thanks all:)

So some form of lip colour. And retouch it through the day. Tinted moisturiser.

Diana I hear you on baby eyes and barely any eyelashes. Maybelline is available here. Should hunt for waterproof ones. I hear you on being too lazy. But with my curls I do look like road kill by mid day
Sona do you mesn light colour likes pale pinks or browns?

Thistle they may not notice it but I would be too conscious:(

So, I also work in a very male environment. Honestly, they don't notice. Not kidding on this.

I don't wear make up as my skin won;t permit it, but I have heard a bare minerals powder can be light weight and easy. Lip color is another good way, and pretty easy.

I have gotten super lazy and almost never wear any makeup any more, but I used to wear just black mascara (and maybe some tinted lip balm). It really perked up my eyes, which are small and not very exciting. The trick is to find one that is really and truly waterproof. This means that it is a PAIN to remove, but it won't leave raccoon eyes. (I don't have high cheekbones but I have virtually NO bottom lashes, so my top lashes touch my face and specs every time I blink.)

I don't know if you can get it in Norway, but I use Maybelline waterproof (from the drugstore, super cheap.) I use this one, because I like the tiny brush (since I have baby lashes) but I think the base mascara is the same for all Maybelline waterproofs (it's just the brush that is different):
http://www.drugstore.com/produ.....r&

ETA: I also want to try Blinc, but I haven't yet because of the cost. Supposedly it forms tubes that are easy to remove but that don't bleed on your face:

I donot wear any make up for work. But after a staring at computer by noon I look a wreak.
I want to start wearing a little make up to work. Nothing fancy as I am an only gal in all boys land.
I can't do kajal every day coz due to my high cheek bone it easily gives me raccoon eyes.
Suggestions please.
