I prefer the crunch and the sesame flavour of the granola when it's half of the flour mix, so make them that way now. I'm not sure how other flours will work......but only one way to find out!</p> <p>You could throw nuts in there too. I don't because it makes the texture too rocky.&nbsp;</p> <p>Or use cranberries and raisins instead of chocolate chips.
