I also buy the mens version occasionally and have darts added to the back (very inexpensive alteration or simple to do if you have your own sewing machine). I also track Vince and Theory mens shirts because the fabrics are soooo nice and it is often easier to find a good deal for the mens rather than the womens. I can take a small in one item there and a large in another. No wonder the size chart is unhelpful. I have been happy with the quality of what I've gotten there though.
