That blue print dress looked so familiar. During that era my Mom made several dresses out of a Vogue pattern that was the very same style. She had a blue print, a pink print, and a rose print. She wore them with pearls. I think several of her friends had the same dress--none of them were as svelte as the model but I thought they looked good at the time. (The BR print is much more modern than my Mom's.)</p> <p>I personally think I will skip the Mad Men look--but how many times have I said I would never wear (whatever) and a few months later I do. Maybe some of these outfits could be modified so they don't look costumey. I was drawn to the lace shell, tie neck top, cigarette pants, and leopard print satchel. The prices generally seem in line with other BR items, so perhaps these new pieces will be well received. </p>
