I don't mind spending more money on dark denim, but for white ... it doesn't last more than a summer, maybe two at best, around my kids.

Tara, I do like a rise of about 9" - at 10", these might be a bit high since I am short-waisted.

I might go back to Levi's - for the price, they didn't stretch, which was amazing. What happened to finally ruin them was that the brown tag on the back waistband that all Levi's have bled brown all over the pants in my new washing machine (the water must be hotter?). Ugh.

I didn't realize you needed a higher rise jean as well! It's so hard to find anything over 9".

Macy's has free shipping now with $99 purchase, so it might be a good time to try them.

Unfortunately, I have lost faith in almost all jeans at this point and expect all the brands (other than premium) to stretch out.

Not sure, Laura. While I have had the brand on a client, I do not know how they wash and wear.

Does anyone have experience with this Macy's brand when it comes to jeans?

I'm looking for a pair of inexpensive white bootcuts with a high rise and wonder if these might fit the bill.
