&#060;p&#062;Suntiger, Macy’s had worked so well for so long for me. &#038;nbsp;They have several categories that I really like - sleeveless knit tops, curvy fit shorts, and pants, cashmere sweaters, and, as I mentioned before, Tommy Hilfiger shirts and blouses. &#038;nbsp;They are not that great for me for shoes or outerwear. &#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Roberta, I’m glad you finally got your order. &#038;nbsp;My first order’s “world tour” was caused by the postal service. &#038;nbsp;Looking at the tracking, I saw its route: from Tennessee to Florida, then on to Salt Lake City, Northern Nevada, and then El Paso! &#038;nbsp;It eventually come back here to Northern Nevada. &#038;nbsp;I think the postal service simply forgot to take it off the truck. &#038;nbsp; The other two errors were definitely Macy’s fault. &#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Almost three weeks ago, I detailed my frustration with a Macy’s order that went on a scenic road trip of the US. &#038;nbsp;I had an annoying “conversation” with a chatbot, but eventually got a refund. &#038;nbsp;Then the package arrived! &#038;nbsp;It was nearly three weeks after placing the order. &#038;nbsp;The email informing me of the delivery had a phone number! &#038;nbsp;I called it to tell them I wanted to pay for the items. &#038;nbsp;I was on hold for 20 minutes and then talked to a person. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;

Without having learned my lesson, I placed another order with Macy’s, this time for a couple of Tommy Hilfiger long sleeve button down shirts (I just love them!) and couple more sleeveless tops. &#038;nbsp;The order arrived in a few days, but one of the sleeveless tops was missing. &#038;nbsp;I went to Macy’s to straighten this out. &#038;nbsp;The salesperson told me she couldn’t do anything about Macy’s.com orders. &#038;nbsp;I told her about the long wait time on the phone, and she took me to a phone in the handbag department, and called Macy’s.com herself. &#038;nbsp;They picked up right away! &#038;nbsp;I told them what happened, and they said they would send a replacement. &#038;nbsp;When I got home, I had an email for a refund, and that was that.&#060;br /&#062;&#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;My ukulele group is preparing for a performance this summer. &#038;nbsp;For my costume, and because I never learn, I ordered two pairs of denim overalls (in different sizes) from Macy’s. &#038;nbsp;They split the order into two shipments, because that’s what they always do. &#038;nbsp;The first shipment, for the larger overalls arrived. &#038;nbsp;I opened the package to find a pair of green shorts. &#038;nbsp;The other package arrived a couple days later. &#038;nbsp;It had overalls, but they didn’t fit. &#038;nbsp;This afternoon I went to Macy’s to return everything, and be refunded for what I was charged. &#038;nbsp;The salesperson was quite nice and refunded me properly. &#038;nbsp;I asked her if she had noticed any problems lately, but she didn’t answer. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;To be perfectly honest, I’m a hesitant to order anything from Macy’s. &#038;nbsp;Maybe I have learned something, &#038;nbsp;or maybe I just had a string of bad luck. &#038;nbsp;I still need some overalls, but I’m pretty well set for shirts and tops. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
