Not clothing, but we placed a custom order to Pella windows many months ago. Website says allow 4-6 weeks for notification the order was finished and ready to ship. Fair enough. 6 weeks on the nose, we were told it was finished and shipped. No tracking # provided, nor did they tell us which of the 2 warehouses (both within 75 miles to us) it came from. Weeks turned into months, we called both warehouses, gave them our order # as that was the only thing provided by the website. 4 MONTHS after it supposedly shipped, a kindly warehouse manager (we had spoken with several) located it in a neighboring state's warehouse! He offered to oversee shipping himself, but my husband drove the 150+ miles (each way) and picked it up himself! I tried to contact someone at Macy’s this morning. &nbsp;I could not find a phone number on the website. &nbsp;So a Chatbot engaged me in conversation, but didn’t understand a thing I asked. &nbsp;Eventually, a possibly real person came on and offered me a refund. &nbsp;Then she said but not for two more days, even though it’s been sixteen days since I ordered these items. &nbsp;I’m afraid this is the future. &nbsp; </p>
