I agree with Shevia- I have several pairs of jeans from thredup that were in new or perfect condition (though it is sometimes tricky to tell which style they are exactly). And the timing might be just right- people that bought your jeans a year or two ago may now be realizing they didn't work, and selling them.

Well I would immediately look on ebay/thred up/posh mark for the older J Crew style I want, some will might even be new if you don't like second hand clothes.

There is a Lucky store in the outlet mall close to my office, I should check there.

I am not on the lookout, as I prefer a mid rise, but I know that Lucky carries some lower rise jeans. I think Lil Maggie may be their lowest style. Now I will be curious, so will report back if I run across any. I see many on Nordstrom site with the search term low-rise jeans that seem to have a lower than 9" front inseam, but not all in that search meet your criteria. More within the premium brands.

I know most of you are happy low rise jeans have disappeared from the stores but they are the only kind I can wear because I am short-waisted and have a sensitive midsection. The JCrew matchstick were a wardrobe staple but it looks like they shortened them this season :(

Have you seen jeans that have a lower than 9 inch rise recently?
