Check out Victoria's Secret. I don't know if your size is one they carry, but if they do, the first bra attached might work. If not, they also have a simple long back strap (#2) that you can attach to any of your usual bras to convert them into low back..

How low do the dresses go in the back? Have you tried something like one of these?

I have several tops that have open backs. I am most comfortable showing skin there as opposed to other places. However, regular bras definitely don't cut it when wearing tops with large keyhole or open backs. I wouldn't mind having a strappy back showing, though.

What I don't want is the definite band around the middle. I am willing to go with no strap if that is possible, or with multiple straps with a pretty design. However, I am finding that only bralettes without sufficient support to wear out of the house for me have the strappy backs I would want to show.

Does anyone have any suggestions for low-back bras or for strappy back bras that could show through the back of a top?

I ordered the one in the photo (in black), but it is a joke. There is NO support or coverage whatsoever, but the back gives an idea of the sort of thing I am looking for. I am open to any ideas!
