That's probably a bit too low to be considered decent and flattering (though I know those two words can mean very different things to different people). Personally, I know that at that point, I'd be exposing more cleavage than I'd be comfortable with. I think a top that shows the skin at the top few inches of your sternum should be enough to give you an elongating effect, without showing too much. I can agree with the statement and I believe that I have enough courage to wear more revealing tops. However, there's a problem: my bra is almost always visible! I found out that I have high bust (closer to armpits than to waist) and I always have to shorten bra straps.</p> <p>Of course, I can wear a camisole underneath, but it's sometimes not possible; for example when it's really hot. Any solutions you can think of? </p>
