I have actually bought a couple things from Love21 and found them to be that way. I did go to the store to try them on but now that I have done so, I would be comfortable ordering my regular size. It depends on the material, your proportions, the amount of stretch. Hard to say. My measurements never fit right into a guideline either. I usually take into account the cut of the garment and the fabrication.
